Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Junior Data Operative with French to support Data Entry & Data Operations for the Belux market. You will ensure accurate capture, quality, and scalable use of real estate data, working with analysts and business teams to optimize data workflows.

The role emphasizes data management, automation potential, and collaboration, with opportunities to grow in a data-focused environment within a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills incl. SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Excellent Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• 1–3 years in data mgmt, data entry, or reporting.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data quality and detail.
• Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, filters) is a plus.
• Interest in Power BI and data automation.
• Background in real estate, consulting, or data environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from internal and external sources for Belux.
• Update and maintain asset, price, yield, occupancy KPIs.
• Run data quality controls and improve processes.
• Prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Support data cleansing and enhancement for analytics.
• Create and maintain SQL queries for data extraction.
• Collaborate on Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Document data capture, validation, and flow processes.
