Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Analyst or Analyst with Dutch and/or other European language to join the Lease Administration team. You will analyze lease documents and abstract data into client databases, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires very good Dutch and English, plus MS Office/Excel skills. This is an on-site position at Warsaw Spire with opportunities for professional growth within a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with data processing and analysis of formal documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lease agreements and abstract data into the client database.
• Maintain accurate data entry and timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal JLL teams to resolve data queries.
