Cushman & Wakefield in Poland seeks a Junior Data Operative with French to support the Belux data team by ensuring accurate data capture, quality, and effective use of market information. You will collaborate with researchers and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes data quality, automation interest, and growth in data processes, with exposure to SQL, Power BI, and Excel in a real estate context. This is a hands-on, analytical position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills, incl. SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong command of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation; Power Query a plus).
• 1–3 years in data management, data entry, reporting, or similar roles.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data quality and attention to detail.
• Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, filters) is a plus; interest in Power BI.
• Interest in process automation and data-driven improvements.
• Basic understanding of data concepts: tables, relationships, KPIs, data flows.
• Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or data environments is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Quality: collect data from internal and external sources for Belux and maintain databases with KPIs.
• Automation & Data Exploitation: create SQL queries and support Power BI dashboards.
• Documentation & Collaboration: document data processes and work with analysts and business teams.
