Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Junior Data Researcher (German Speaking) to collect, structure, and maintain unstructured property data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for decision-making support.

You will work within the EMEA Analytics team, collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and business partners to deliver reliable data solutions and contribute to data projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with data entry or data management is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and maintain unstructured property data, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and basic analyses for the business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and the EMEA Analytics team to meet data needs.
• Partner with Research teams to support reporting and data requirements.
• Contribute to local and EMEA-wide data projects.
• Help clean and improve datasets to enhance data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support delivery of team KPIs and goals.
