Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw seeks a Funds Financial Securities Specialist with French to ensure funds reference data accuracy across multiple databases and to collaborate with France-based clients.

You will join the Data Operations Team to perform second-level quality checks, resolve data discrepancies, provide client support, and contribute to ongoing improvements of data management processes.

Qualifications

• Higher education in management, finance, or a related field; experience in financial data is a plus.
• Fluent English and French (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain funds reference data across six databases.
• Perform second-level quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in line with internal standards.
• Provide functional support and assistance to clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes.
