Job summary

XTB is seeking an Arabic-speaking customer support specialist in Warsaw to build positive relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and explain complaints clearly. You will work with the CRM system to verify and complete client data, cooperate with branches and internal teams, and translate information between English and Arabic.

The role requires higher education (completed or on-going) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Higher education (completed or ongoing - 4th or 5th year)
Background or experience in economics or financial services is a plus
Arabic language - very good spoken and written
Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of financial markets and XTB's core business is an advantage

Responsibilities

Building positive relationships with customers
Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing explanations regarding customer complaints (written and by phone)
Working with the CRM system (verification and completing client data)
Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Translating information from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English
