Job summary

Wella Company in Poland (Warsaw) invites applications for a Customer Service Master Data Specialist. You will ensure accurate, timely management of material, customer, and pricing master data used across Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Reporting, with a focus on supporting the France Business Unit and requiring good knowledge of French.

Join the Master Data Team, collaborate with multiple functions, and develop analytical and data management skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, supply chain, finance, data management, or a similar operational environment.
Good command of French (minimum B1/B2 level).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update material, customer, and pricing master data in SAP ERP per procedures and business requirements.
Prepare data reports and analyses using SAP ERP, MS Excel, and internal tools.
Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve data quality.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and support the implementation of approved solutions.
Collaborate with the local Business Unit and the Master Data team to ensure timely and accurate data management.
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and other supporting materials.
