Job summary

PPG Industries in Wrocław is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist fluent in French to be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers. You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure export compliance while maintaining a positive, proactive service mindset.

The role offers hybrid work with in‑person collaboration Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays, in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

Secondary education or higher; 2+ years in Order Management or Customer Service.
Fluency in French and English.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers by phone and email.
Use shared mailbox for business communication; categorize and archive messages per guidelines.
Process orders in time and respond promptly to customer requirements.
Monitor orders using ERP; coordinate with stakeholders and customers.
Ensure export compliance checks when creating delivery addresses or new partners.
Take action and offer solutions to inquiries and complaints with proper follow-up.
Build sustainable relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
Follow PPG guidelines, policies and legal requirements.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
Prepare input for daily team huddle; highlight priorities and hurdles.
