Job summary

Ewals Cargo Polska is seeking a Freight Management Planner to organize transport orders, search for subcontractors on freight exchanges, and manage a dedicated fleet of carriers. You will build relationships with carriers, coordinate timely execution of orders, and report according to company standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish (written and spoken, at least B2).
• Knowledge of the transport process including transport law and drivers' working hours.
• Familiarity with Timocom and Trans.eu.
• MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of vehicle/trailer mechanics.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

What will you do?

• Organizing and managing transport orders

How will you get here?

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication in English and Polish (written and spoken - minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of the transport process (including transport law, drivers' working hours, mobility package)
• Knowledge of Timocom and Trans.eu
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of vehicle/trailer mechanics
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Relationship-building skills

About the department

You start with extensive onboarding via the Ewals Academy and a personal buddy program. This way you get to know the systems, processes and colleagues well. You will become part of a well-organized and committed team in which you quickly find your place and can take steps.

You will join a close-knit team of Freight Forwarders and work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Trucking, Sales and other internal departments.
