Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Plewiska is seeking a Logistics Operations Professional to support international freight forwarding and daily transport operations at our local branch.

You will coordinate shipments, plan distribution, maintain records, and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required (min 1 year).
• English language skills enabling fluent communication.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Handling international forwarding/customer service for the branch.
• Organizing transport operations while respecting agreed conditions (delivery time, cost, quality).
• Planning distribution.
• Maintaining records of orders.
• Preparing reports and summaries.
• Ensuring high quality and timeliness of orders.
• Cooperating with the warehouse.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

• Obsługa Klientów Oddziału w zakresie spedycji międzynarodowej
• Organizowanie operacji transportowych przy zachowaniu ustalonych z Klientem warunków (czas transportu, cena, jakość, itp.) oraz przy zachowaniu norm i procedur obowiązujących w firmie
• Planowanie dystrybucji
• Prowadzenie ewidencji realizowanych zleceń
• Przygotowywanie raportów, zestawień
• Dbanie o wysoką jakość / terminowość realizowanych zleceń
• Współpraca z magazynem

Nasza wymagania:

• Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku - min. rok
• Gotowość do pracy zmianowej pomiędzy 8.00-17.00
• Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
• Zdolność samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji oraz rozwiązywania problemów
• Umiejętność dobrej organizacji pracy i wyznaczania priorytetów, systematyczność
• Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel)

Mile widziane:

• Znajomość sektora spedycji krajowej
