Job summary

Ewals Cargo Polska is seeking a Freight Management Planner to organize and manage transport orders, source subcontractors on freight exchanges, and oversee a fleet of transport partners in a dynamic, international setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, strong English and Polish skills, and knowledge of transport processes, rules, and timetables. MS Excel proficiency and relationship-building talent are essential.

What will you do?

• Organizing and managing transport orders
• Searching for subcontractors on freight exchanges
• Managing a dedicated fleet of transport subcontractors
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with carriers
• Coordinating and supervising the timely execution of orders
• Reporting in accordance with company standards

How will you get here?

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication in English and Polish (written and spoken - minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of the transport process (including transport law, drivers' working hours, mobility package)
• Knowledge of Timocom and TransEu
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of vehicle/trailer mechanics
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Relationship‑building skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act under pressure
