Job summary

Jobgether, a fast-growing partner company, is seeking a Founders Associate based in Poland. You will work directly with the founder, driving strategic priorities and owning cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, operations and business development.

This fully remote role offers significant autonomy from day one, opportunities to scale processes, research new markets, and contribute to growth with a hands-on, proactive approach. Poland-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in growth and strategy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder on strategic priorities.
• Own key cross-functional projects across multiple functions.
• Build and document internal processes to support growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams to keep projects on track.
• Research new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Support sales, customer relationships, and other business-critical activities.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative.
