Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth in Poland to lead a scalable, revenue-generating PLG engine for a global cloud platform. You will own product-led ARR, drive customer acquisition, freemium conversion, expansion, and retention, and work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate complex capabilities into intuitive experiences.

You will establish data-driven growth strategies, optimize the entire customer journey, and identify monetization opportunities,

Qualifications

• Experience leading PLG growth and revenue targets in SaaS or cloud tech.
• Ability to translate complex products into self-serve, monetizable experiences.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across marketing, product, eng and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth and ARR through self-service to paid conversion.
• Drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across international markets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization and optimize onboarding and funnels.
• Use analytics and customer data to improve retention and LTV.
• Lead a data-driven growth culture and test hypotheses continuously.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted development opportunities aligned to customer needs.
