Exim Pharma - produkcja suplementów i wyrobów medycznych is seeking a Supply Planner to turn demand forecasts into practical production schedules in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will coordinate with demand planning, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely material availability and optimized capacity utilization.

The role requires 3+ years in supply planning or scheduling, strong MPS/MRP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, plus Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

3+ years in supply planning or production scheduling in manufacturing.
Experience in FMCG or supplements/cosmetics/wellness is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MPS and MRP.
ERP proficiency with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle; advanced Excel and Tableau.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Build and manage production schedules balancing resources and deadlines.
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure materials availability.
Align capacity with constraints and adjust schedules dynamically.
Monitor performance against plan and implement corrective actions.
Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing to align timelines.
