Job summary

Exim Pharma - produkcja suplementów i wyrobów medycznych is seeking a Supply Planner to turn demand forecasts into practical production schedules in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will coordinate with demand planning, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely material availability and optimized capacity utilization.

The role requires 3+ years in supply planning or scheduling, strong MPS/MRP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, plus Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply planning or production scheduling in manufacturing.
• Experience in FMCG or supplements/cosmetics/wellness is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MPS and MRP.
• ERP proficiency with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle; advanced Excel and Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

We are looking for a skilled Supply Planner to join us in Węgrów and help drive our operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage efficient production schedules that balance resource utilization and delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure raw materials and components are always ready.
• Align production capacity with constraints and adjust schedules dynamically.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing to align timelines and expectations.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in the FMCG sector (experience in supplements, cosmetics, or wellness is a huge plus!).
• Strong proficiency in MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Confidence in working with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, plus great Excel and Tableau skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
