Job summary

Exim Pharma - produkcja suplementów i wyrobów medycznych is seeking a skilled Supply Planner in Poland to turn demand forecasts into viable production schedules. You will balance resources, deadlines, and capacity while collaborating with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure materials readiness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply planning or production scheduling in manufacturing, FMCG preferred, and strong MPS/MRP, ERP (Odoo/SAP/Oracle), Excel, and Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in manufacturing.
• FMCG sector experience (supplements/cosmetics/wellness is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in MPS and MRP.
• ERP systems experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and excellent Excel/Tableau skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Supply Planner to join us in Węgrów and help drive our operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage efficient production schedules that balance resource utilization and delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure raw materials and components are always ready.
• Align production capacity with constraints and adjust schedules dynamically.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing to align timelines and expectations.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in the FMCG sector (experience in supplements, cosmetics, or wellness is a huge plus!).
• Strong proficiency in MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Confidence in working with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, plus great Excel and Tableau skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
