Job summary

Exim Pharma –Production of supplements, medical products and cosmetics in Węgrów is seeking a Supply Planner to convert demand forecasts into feasible production schedules. You will collaborate with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure raw materials are ready and schedules align with delivery deadlines.

You will balance capacity with constraints, monitor variances, and drive improvements in an FMCG production environment, leveraging MPS and MRP within ERP systems and advanced Excel/Tableau

Qualifications

3+ years in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in manufacturing.
Experience in FMCG such as supplements or cosmetics is a plus.
Proficient in MPS and MRP; strong ERP skills (Odoo, SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel/Tableau.

Responsibilities

Build and manage production schedules balancing resources and deadlines.
Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure material readiness.
Align capacity with constraints and adjust schedules as needed.
Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, implement corrective actions.
Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing to align timelines.
