Job summary

Exim Pharma –Production of supplements, medical products and cosmetics in Węgrów is seeking a Supply Planner to convert demand forecasts into feasible production schedules. You will collaborate with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure raw materials are ready and schedules align with delivery deadlines.

You will balance capacity with constraints, monitor variances, and drive improvements in an FMCG production environment, leveraging MPS and MRP within ERP systems and advanced Excel/Tableau

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in manufacturing.
• Experience in FMCG such as supplements or cosmetics is a plus.
• Proficient in MPS and MRP; strong ERP skills (Odoo, SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel/Tableau.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Supply Planner to join us in Węgrów and help drive our operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage efficient production schedules that balance resource utilization and delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with Demand Planning and Purchasing to ensure raw materials and components are always ready.
• Align production capacity with constraints and adjust schedules dynamically.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing to align timelines and expectations.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in the FMCG sector (experience in supplements, cosmetics, or wellness is a huge plus!).
• Strong proficiency in MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Confidence in working with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, plus great Excel and Tableau skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
