COS is seeking a Floor Manager in Poland to lead a fashion retail team and create exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will drive service standards, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations while upholding COS’s brand values and aesthetic.

The role entails leadership across sales, training, and performance analysis, with flexibility to step in as Store Manager when needed. This position emphasizes customer-centric service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong focus on customer service and achieving service standards.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service with styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to improve department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members.
• Identify talent and contribute to development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best customer experience.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to maintain leadership continuity.
