Job summary

COS in Warsaw is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a fashion store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive results on the shop floor. You will set the tone for a welcoming and inspiring environment while maintaining operational excellence.

You will coach Sales Advisors, monitor operations, and ensure onboarding and training are effective, while acting as a brand ambassador and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience in retail (fashion preferred).
• Customer-focused approach with emphasis on superior service.
• Genuine interest in products and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
• Open to feedback and actively seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
• Clear, confident, empathetic communication with customers and team.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service through styling advice, product knowledge and engaging store experiences.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
