Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset aimed at elevating in-store experiences through visual storytelling and service.
• Visual merchandising standards: executing brand guidelines in window displays, mannequins, and in-store presentation.
• Strong fashion knowledge and ability to translate trends into displays.
• Ability to use KPIs and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
• Clear communication, active listening, and genuine interest in people.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Open to continuous learning and growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good Polish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and insights to inform the store's visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire purchases.
• Merchandise the shop floor in line with company guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Support the sales team in daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring visuals contribute to a memorable customer journey.
