Job summary

COS Poland is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high store standards. The role focuses on coaching Sales Advisors, driving sales through excellent service, and upholding brand presentation on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, manage daily operations, and step into Store Manager when needed to ensure continuity and performance across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service focus with proven ability to lead a team.
• Experience in retail, preferably fashion, with knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Ability to analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager on performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and nurture talent for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required.
