Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s fleet operations, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and a high level of service. You will drive vehicle lifecycle, supplier partnerships, and reporting to support business needs.

You will lead efforts on cost control, policy governance, and sustainability initiatives, including electrification, while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet, mobility, automotive operations, procurement, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, leasing, and vehicle lifecycle management.
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; German and/or French are a plus.
• Good Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with fleet systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vehicle lifecycle: ordering, leasing, maintenance, insurance, and replacement.
• Manage relationships with leasing companies, suppliers, dealerships and service providers.
• Monitor fleet costs, budgets, utilization and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with external partners.
• Ensure fleet compliance with legal, safety, insurance, and company requirements.
• Manage fleet policies and support employees on fleet matters.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, processes and fleet efficiency.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including fleet electrification.
• Prepare regular fleet reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal and other stakeholders.

YOU WILL

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, leasing, and vehicle lifecycle management
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent English — mandatory
• German and/or French — a strong plus
• Good Excel and reporting skills; experience with fleet management systems is an advantage
