Job summary

XTB online investing is seeking a Product Manager to lead our Conversion Check team. You’ll own end-to-end post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys, collaborating with engineering, legal, risk, and marketing to scale automation and AI-powered decisions while ensuring compliance.

You will translate product vision into concrete roadmaps, define KPIs, and work with agile teams to reduce friction and improve funnel performance.

Qualifications

Experience leading onboarding or KYC products in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of AML directives and EU AI Act for compliant decisions.
Strong data analysis with funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and automate verifications.
Experience using AI-based tools in product management workflows.
Familiarity with SaaS and mobile/web app design.
Ability to define business requirements and create PRDs with engineering and design.
Autonomy, self-starter attitude, and agile teamwork.”
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
