Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, CS, or related field.
• 3–6+ years in business analysis, product management, or fintech/regulatory/financial services.
• Ability to translate regulatory/business requirements into structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into product features and BRDs/FSDs.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure compliant specs.
• Support test case development and address regulatory questions.
• Monitor regulatory changes to inform product evolution.
