Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a QA professional in Wroclaw to design and execute functional and regression tests validating regulatory reporting logic across releases and client hotfixes. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure correct implementations.

Build, upgrade, and maintain test environments and data; document test strategies and plans with minimal supervision. The role supports data transformation and reporting workloads in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, data engineering, or regulatory reporting roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Proven ability to understand and validate complex data transformation logic and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and regression test cases for regulatory reporting logic across releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure correctness.
