Nasdaq Corporate Solutions in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy, stability, and quality of regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions. You will design tests, validate complex data transformations, and collaborate across analysts, developers, and product managers.

The role requires 3–5 years in QA or regulatory reporting, strong SQL skills, and experience with data transformation logic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, data engineering, or regulatory reporting roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Ability to understand and validate complex data transformation logic and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and regression test cases to validate regulatory reporting logic, bug fixes, and feature improvements across releases and client hotfixes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to understand functional and regulatory requirements and ensure correctness of implementation.
• Build, upgrade, and maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing quality assurance needs.
• Document test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios, and maintain the test management system with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and support existing solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues across data transformation and reporting workflows.
