You will design tests, collaborate with analysts and engineers, and maintain testing environments, ensuring high-quality software across client-facing regulatory reporting workflows. A hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, data engineering, or regulatory reporting roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Ability to understand and validate complex data transformation logic and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with AI tools in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and regression test cases for regulatory reporting logic across releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure correctness.
• Build, upgrade, and maintain test environments and test data.
• Document test strategies, plans, and scenarios; maintain the test management system.
• Troubleshoot and support existing solutions across data transformation and reporting workflows.
