Job summary

Nasdaq in Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications for regulatory reporting software. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure compliance and provide developer-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in fintech or regulatory roles, strong accounting and banking knowledge, and familiarity with EBA FINREP standards. Hybrid work with in-office presence is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in business analysis or related fintech roles.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into developer-ready documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.
• Understanding of accounting principles and banking products.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including EBA guidelines and FINREP.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product features and specifications.
• Write and maintain BRDs and FSDs with data inputs, processes, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure compliant requirements.
• Serve as subject-matter expert throughout the product lifecycle, supporting tests and clarifications.
• Monitor regulatory changes to inform ongoing product evolution.
