You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, developer-ready documentation and ongoing product evolution in a fintech context.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with engineering, QA, and design to translate regulatory expectations into precise technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Translate regulatory and business requirements into structured, developer-ready documentation.
• Experience documenting BRDs and FSDs and working across engineering, design, and QA.
• Strong understanding of financial/regulatory frameworks and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into product features and specifications aligned with EBA and local regs.
• Write and maintain BRDs and FSDs clearly defining data inputs, processes, logic, outcomes.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Act as a subject-matter expert throughout the product lifecycle and support test case development.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to inform product evolution.
