Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Warsaw to optimize payment operations. You will monitor traffic, oversee routing, and analyze volumes to spot anomalies and opportunities for improvement.

You’ll translate data into actionable process enhancements while collaborating with internal teams and processing partners. The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving, and effective communication in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• At least 1 year in financial/business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience with data tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with payments industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes to maintain seamless operations
• Manage and optimize Visa principal traffic distribution across processing channels
• Monitor transaction volumes and traffic spikes, identifying anomalies and risks
• Verify correct processing limits to prevent declines
• Analyze conversion rates and identify pain points and errors
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage terminal switching and regulatory limits
• Generate and analyze custom analytics reports as needed
• Translate traffic analytics for processing partners
