Job summary

IPF Digital is seeking an IT Business Analyst based in Poland to join Agile cross-functional teams. You will identify process improvements in finance, gather requirements, model processes, and ensure clear documentation for development and testing.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across markets, support two development teams, and maintain an MVP-driven approach to deliver real value. Fluency in English is required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Experience with querying databases with SQL basics to validate assumptions or extract insights.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage analysis and documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend effective business process solutions in finance, considering integrations with other systems and domains.
• Capture and present perspectives of customer, business, processes, risks, and technology.
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis from frontend to backend and integrations with other systems and teams.
• Use strong analytical skills to uncover real business needs and propose alternatives.
• Focus on delivering real value to users and the business, define an MVP to avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Collaborate with IT & business representatives and moderate meetings effectively.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and traceability.
• Decompose epics into stories or tasks, organize them, and make descriptions understandable for developers and testers.
• Apply advanced analysis techniques like BPMN, UML, and user story mapping.
