Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Junior+ or Middle DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our payments platform. The role focuses on AWS-based environments, IaC, and cloud-native tooling to ensure scalable, secure operations across the EU and UK.

You will work with AWS services (EKS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS), Terraform, GitLab-CI, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes, contributing to CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps while mentoring teammates in a fast-growing fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Terraform and CI/CD experience, preferably GitLab-CI.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Networking fundamentals and Linux system knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop infrastructure based on AWS services.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Integrate and manage GitOps setup (ArgoCD).
• Migrate services to Kubernetes.
• Configure and improve GitLab-CI pipelines.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Share knowledge with junior team members.

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ or Middle DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop infrastructure based on AWS services (EKS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and other cloud services)

• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC)


• Integrate and manage GitOps setup (ArgoCD)


• Services migration to Kubernetes


• GitLab-CI pipelines configuration, troubleshooting, and further improvement


• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring using Terraform


• Knowledge sharing with less experienced team members

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with AWS


• Proven experience with Terraform and CI/CD solutions, preferably GitLab-CI


• Strong experience with Kubernetes


• Strong knowledge in Helm Charts, ArgoCD


• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, Load balancing, VPN


• A solid understanding of how Linux systems work


• Fluency in English and Russian
