GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Business/Functional Analyst to join a banking project in Warsaw. You will perform payments process analysis, translate needs into user stories, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

In a hybrid setup, you will work with developers, testers and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model, support testing activities, and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in business and functional analysis for banking/payments.
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven involvement in Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and functional analysis of payments processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and risk specialists in Agile delivery.
• Support testing activities, review test scenarios and validate functionality.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and risk requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with business, risk and tech stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong IT BA skills and end-to-end requirement management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Exposure to source control and large-scale migrations.
