Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a regulated entity in banking/payments.
• Higher education in Business management or Economics.
• Excellent written communication and clear information delivery.
• Fluency in English and Russian; other languages a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and initial document review.
• Advise customers on products and services.
• Establish sustainable client relationships.
• Maintain and update client database.
• Be single point of contact for merchant, coordinating with finance, compliance, operations.
• Anticipate client needs and drive innovation with internal teams.
