Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the design and delivery of the Payment Acceptance Platform domain. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and payment ecosystem partners to analyze, design and implement acquiring solutions for merchant services.

The role covers merchant onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, disputes and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as System Analyst in banking, payments or acquiring.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end acquiring process.
• Experience with merchant lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Knowledge of clearing, settlement, merchant funding and reconciliation.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements for the Payment Acceptance Platform.
• Prepare business specifications, interface definitions, data mappings and process flows.
• Analyze merchant onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Support acquiring transaction processing, clearing, settlement and funding.
• Analyze disputes, chargebacks and fraud management.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT, UAT and production deployments.
