HOLY FASHION GROUP is seeking a Financial Accountant (d/f/m) to handle end-to-end processing of accounts payable, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant handling of supplier invoices in line with guidelines and standards.

You will verify, post, and reconcile invoices, run regular payments, manage vendor accounts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting month-end and year-end closings. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to maintain efficient AP processes.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector.
• Professional experience in the financial accounting department of a modern company.
• Further training as certified accountant or a comparable qualification.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, SAP.
• Structured, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability, trustworthiness and team spirit.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Verification, posting and reconciliation of incoming invoices.
• Execution of regular payment runs and vendor account management.
• Clarification of discrepancies and timely resolution of open items.
• Support for month-end and year-end closing activities in AP processes.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient system usage.
