Job summary

PwC Polska, within Finance Managed Services, seeks an AP Accountant to support and transform operations for domestic and international clients. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with colleagues to meet KPIs in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics). Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English and German.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience including invoice verification and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data analysis for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process all AP transactions for designated regions, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Handle end-to-end invoice management: processing, verification, PO matching, coding, payment prioritization, and supplier payments.
• Monitor payables, verify unusual expenses, reconcile reports, and support forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with accounting team to resolve issues and onboard new colleagues.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; participate in lean initiatives to optimize workflows.
