HOLY FASHION GROUP is seeking a Financial Accountant (d/f/m) to handle end-to-end processing of accounts payable, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant handling of supplier invoices in line with guidelines and standards.

You will verify, post, and reconcile invoices, run regular payments, manage vendor accounts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting month-end and year-end closings. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to maintain efficient AP processes.

Qualificações

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector.
• Professional experience in the financial accounting department of a modern company.
• Further training as certified accountant or a comparable qualification.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, SAP.
• Structured, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability, trustworthiness and team spirit.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Financial Accountant (d/f/m)

As part of your role, you are responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions and ensure the accurate, timely and compliant handling of supplier invoices in accordance with internal guidelines and accounting standards.
Your main responsibilities include the verification, posting and reconciliation of incoming invoices as well as the execution of regular payment runs. You actively manage vendor accounts, clarify discrepancies and ensure that open items are resolved efficiently and on time.

You act as a key contact person for accounting-related IT applications within the AP process, supporting daily operations and contributing to stable and efficient system usage. Furthermore, you support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable and contribute to the standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of AP processes.
In close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners (such as suppliers, service providers and auditors), you contribute with a service-oriented mindset and a best-in-class mentality.

Required experience and skills:

• a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector
• professional experience in the financial accounting department of a modern company
• further training as certified accountant or a comparable qualification
• very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, SAP
• structured and goal-oriented work, ability to work under pressure and initiative
