Aufgaben

• Review and process vendor invoices for Stats Perform entities worldwide.
• Audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with the T&E policy.
• Monitor invoices on hold, prepayments and open debit balances; obtain copies and POs from vendors.
• Manage shared mailbox and resolve queries raised by vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations for assigned business units.
• Respond to audit queries.
• Collaborate with other AP team members to prioritize day-to-day tasks.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and identify potential process improvements.
