Job summary

SGS is seeking a Value Realization Manager to ensure measurable value from Finance transformation investments. You will establish governance, validate business cases, and track outcomes across the Finance portfolio to deliver sustained value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Strategy Execution.
• Experience managing business cases, benefits tracking, financial analysis, and value realization activities.
• Experience working with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or operating model transformations.
• Exposure to Oracle, SAP, Digital Transformation, Automation, AI, or Process Excellence initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Finance transformation investments deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
• Establish and govern the Benefits Realization Framework, validate business cases and benefit assumptions.
• Track financial and non-financial outcomes with transparent reporting across the Finance portfolio.
• Own end-to-end value realization across Finance initiatives; define governance and monitor realization performance.
• Drive value recovery actions and ensure approved benefits are realized and sustained across Finance programs.
