Accenture Strategy's Global Network, M&A and Private Equity Consulting team is seeking a senior professional to lead cross-border deal workstreams across Europe, delivering measurable impact from due diligence through value realization. You will translate complex deal challenges into actionable plans and collaborate with business, functional and tech leaders to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Functional M&A or Tech/IT M&A with leadership in due diligence, integration, or value creation.
• Proven IMO/ SMO governance capabilities: RAID management, steering committees, executive reporting.
• Deep functional expertise in at least one area: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR or IT with target operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A workstreams across pre-deal diligence, deal execution, and Day 1 readiness.
• Shape IT integration/separation strategy including cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
• Support business development through proposals, client orals, and thought leadership.
