Accenture is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation leader to drive large-scale programs for global organizations, partnering with CFOs and Finance leaders to redefine operating models and optimize processes across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, and Treasury.

You will oversee end-to-end engagements from assessment to value realization, build executive relationships, and mentor teams while shaping governance and service delivery frameworks.

THE WORK

Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for global organizations, partnering with CFOs and Finance leaders to define strategies and deliver measurable business value. Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across Finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Treasury, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and commitment to constant progress. Advise clients on finance operating model redesign, process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating a passion for personal development and a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach. Lead CFO target operating model and process reinvention including GBS and GCC transformation programs, process refinement, shaping governance models, organizational structures, and service delivery framework Oversee complex transformation engagements from assessment and design through implementation, change management, and value realization, while remaining motivated to embrace new opportunities and dedicated to ongoing improvement. Build strong executive relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, GBS Leaders, and Transformation Executives while supporting strategic business development and sales pursuits. Lead and mentor consulting teams across multiple projects, fostering innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Develop transformation methodologies, market offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets that support enterprise value creation.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Consulting, Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Finance Operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and Operating Model programs within complex organizations.
• Strong expertise across Finance processes including OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Strategy.
• Ability to connect Finance processes, operating models, data, and technology and assess when capabilities should be delivered through core ERP versus specialist Finance platforms, data solutions, automation, or AI.
• Understanding of emerging AI and agentic solutions and their potential application across Finance processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level client relationships and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, transformation programs, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience leading business development activities, proposal development, sales pursuits, and account growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Global Business Services, Shared Services, outsourcing models, and enterprise operating model design.
• Experience working in consulting environments or leading large-scale transformation programs in international organizations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in international environments.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in CFO Advisory, Enterprise Value Creation, Operating Model Transformation, or Strategic Cost Transformation.
• Knowledge of ERP-enabled transformations, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with specialist Finance platforms such as BlackLine, Trintech Cadency, HighRadius, OneStream, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle EPM, Coupa, Basware, Kyriba, or comparable solutions.
• Knowledge of modern data, analytics, and process intelligence platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Celonis, or Signavio.
• Understanding of AI, Intelligent Automation, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Finance solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Design Thinking, and Value-led Transformation approaches.
• MBA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
