Job summary
Smith+Naphew is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape Finance and Global Business Services through technology. You will partner with senior leaders and translate strategy into tangible, technology-enabled change across our ERP and analytics landscape.
You will drive strategic roadmaps, perform deep business analysis, define requirements, and ensure delivery teams build solutions that deliver measurable value. Strong SAP ECC/S4HANA experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst across Finance or IT with complex change programmes.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to Finance and GBS teams, translating strategy into technology enabled change.
- Lead strategic roadmap development, requirements definition and engagement with delivery teams.
