Job summary

SGS is seeking a Project and Change Lead to drive execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program. You will coordinate across a global portfolio, ensuring adoption and value realization while partnering with regional finance leaders and operations teams.

This role combines hands-on delivery with pragmatic change management, acting as the bridge between program leadership and business stakeholders. Location options include remote Poland or hybrid Katowice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• ~5 years of experience in Project Management, Transformation or Change Management.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations preferred.
• Exposure to finance transformation or operational change programs is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple initiatives across the Finance transformation program.
• Build and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment across projects and workstreams and monitor risks/outcomes.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery depending on project type.
• Translate program objectives into actionable communication and manage stakeholder engagement.
