Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a who will lead the FA&R team, ensuring delivery of SLAs, KPIs, and timely reporting. You will drive performance reviews, develop team capabilities, and partner with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in finance/GBS with SAP expertise and CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification. Hybrid work with a modern Kraków office is offered, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years' experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP system: SAP is a must.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training - desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities, prioritising tasks and balancing workloads across the team.
• Provide hands-on operational support and proactively resolve problems within scope.
• Lead performance management and drive CI through data-driven insights.
• Support projects including process redesign and standardization to improve efficiency.
