Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking a Finance Professional to manage daily general ledger activities and support period closings. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting within IFRS/local GAAP frameworks.

You will work with intercompany accounting, master data, and reporting teams, contributing to continuous improvement, audits, and reliability of financial data. This position is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Qualified or Part Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO and intercompany processes
• Advanced Excel, including macros and data analysis
• Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and statutory reporting

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day general ledger transactions
• Prepare and post manual journal entries
• Perform reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support month-end closing and consolidation processes
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls
• Contribute to process improvements and testing of new systems
