Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks an FA&R Lead to drive end-to-end financial accounting and reporting operations. You will manage a team of 12+ members, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and foster development through performance reviews and capability-building initiatives.

The role reports to the Head of GBS Finance Poland and collaborates with the R2R Process Owner to implement improvements, while promoting lean principles and a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting is required.
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent demonstrated accounting expertise.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end Record To Report processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FA&R operations for a team of 12+ members.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
• Liaise with GPO to align FA&R processes to global GBS standards and drive automation.
