Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a FA&R Lead in Poland to manage end-to-end Financial Accounting & Reporting operations. The role leads a team of 12+ and ensures service delivery, performance tracking, and process improvements in a matrix structure reporting to the Head of GBS Finance Poland.

The candidate will optimize processes, ensure compliance with internal controls, and collaborate with Process Owners to implement enhancements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end Record To Report processes and related accounting.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA and IFRS/UK GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day FA&R operations (12+ staff) and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Develop team, conduct performance reviews, drive continuous improvement.
• Escalation point for operational issues; collaborate with operations managers.
• Ensure controls per internal frameworks and minimize operational risks.
• Lead Lean/continuous improvement and workforce capacity planning.
