Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is hiring an FA&R Team Lead to guide a team of Associates and Specialists. You will manage day-to-day operations, balance workloads, and ensure timely delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

You will drive performance through data-driven insights, support process redesigns and automation, and coordinate with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting is required.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in GBS or BPO environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the FA&R team and manage workloads.
• Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs with data-driven insights.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members for capability growth.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to fulfill requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
